Made appointment to trade in leased Tiguan. Left later that day with a 2026 Tiguan. Vince and his team made me feel like a priority, finding cars I could test drive and then handling the finances seamlessly. It was a great deal and everything - tags transferred, set up my new app, made sure everything was out of my old car (almost forgot my EZ Pass transponder), and went over all the new technology - had me on my way with new wheels in a couple hours. Enjoyable experience. Highly recommend

Took my VW Jetta here for an oil change, brake fluid replacement and Tire Rotation. I marked my tires/rims to make sure they were changed and the tires/rims were never rotated which now has me worried my brake fluid wasn't changed. I obviously won't be going back here since it was only a one time thing for vacation. Just trying to be a warning to to others.
